What is Horizon?
Horizon is a subscription-based market analytics system delivered through Discord. It analyzes stocks and cryptocurrencies to provide structured insights such as trend direction, momentum, key price levels, and timing context across multiple timeframes.
Who is Horizon for?
Horizon is designed for anyone interested in the markets — from beginners who want guidance to experienced traders who need quick context.
Do I need experience to use it?
No. Horizon is designed to present complex market information in a simple, structured way.
Where do I use Horizon?
Horizon works entirely inside Discord. After you subscribe, you interact with it using simple commands — no software downloads or complicated setup.
Do I get my own private version?
Yes. Each subscriber can directly message the Horizon bot for private use.
Is there a community I can join?
Yes. Subscribers also get access to a community chat within the Discord server. Members share market ideas, trades they are considering or taking, personal analysis, price targets, and general discussion about investing. It's a place to learn from others, ask questions, and stay engaged with the markets. Horizon Singularity is not responsible for trades made based on user information and interaction. Horizon Singularity will never offer trade advice to its users.

What are Horizon's analysis tools?
Horizon uses a suite of proprietary analytical models developed specifically for the platform. These bespoke systems evaluate market behavior across multiple timeframes and present clear, structured insights without requiring you to combine numerous indicators yourself.
What are "price levels"?
Horizon identifies important price zones using proprietary methods that analyze historical market behavior across major timeframes. These areas often act as potential support (a floor) or resistance (a ceiling), where price may slow down, reverse, or accelerate.
What are "Term Signals"?
Term Signals are part of Horizon's proprietary timing framework. They show how far into a given market period you are — helping you understand whether a move may still be developing or nearing completion.
What are momentum indicators?
Horizon uses a custom-built momentum system unique to the platform. It evaluates strength and direction across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons to help you see whether trends are strengthening, weakening, or potentially changing. Specific calculations and methodology are proprietary.
Does Horizon include RSI?
Yes. In addition to its proprietary models, Horizon also includes the widely used Relative Strength Index (RSI) to provide familiar momentum context alongside its custom analysis.
Does Horizon show charts?
Yes. Horizon can generate visual charts with analytical overlays based on its proprietary models, with expanded graph capabilities planned.
Does Horizon include news?
Yes. Horizon provides relevant news related to the securities you track, helping you stay informed about important developments that may affect the market. News is delivered promptly as it becomes available from our data sources, allowing you to stay up to date without needing to monitor multiple websites or feeds yourself.
Are there reports available?
Premium subscribers receive periodic market reports created by the Horizon team, combining proprietary analysis with broader market insights to summarize key developments and conditions.
Watchlists & Usage
What is a watchlist?
A watchlist is simply a list of stocks or cryptocurrencies you want to follow. Horizon can analyze everything on your list at once.
Can I check something without adding it to my list?
Yes. You can run an analysis on any supported symbol.
Are there limits?
Yes. The number of items you can track depends on your subscription tier.
Privacy & Customization
Can I customize Horizon?
Yes. Horizon includes a private output mode that allows analysis results to be visible only to you. When enabled, responses are delivered privately and can also be sent directly to your messages, helping you review market information without sharing it publicly.
Is my information private?
Yes. Horizon can send results only to you, either privately in Discord or directly to your messages.
Reliability & Updates
How often is Horizon updated?
Horizon is actively maintained and regularly improved with new features, performance upgrades, and bug fixes.
What if there isn't enough data for a symbol?
If Horizon cannot analyze a security due to limited data, it will provide a clear message.
Subscription & Billing
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed automatically on the same calendar date as your original purchase. Monthly plans renew each month on that date, while annual plans renew once per year on the anniversary of your purchase.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel whenever you want. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Are refunds available?
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
Can the price change?
Pricing may change in the future, but advance notice will be provided.
Important Information
Is Horizon a trading bot?
No. Horizon does not place trades, connect to your bank, or access your brokerage account. It only provides information.
Does Horizon tell me what to buy or sell?
No. Horizon does not give buy/sell signals or financial advice. It provides data and insights so you can make your own decisions.
Are trades or advice from other members guaranteed to be accurate?
No. Community discussions reflect individual opinions and strategies. Nothing shared by members should be considered financial advice, and you should always do your own research before making decisions.
